Optimal Health Physicians is a unique Integrative Internal Medicine practice helping patients with a wide range of needs; from those faced with complex, often confounding conditions that have not been diagnosed or or treated adequately, to patients seeking to achieve and maintain their optimal levels of health and well being.
We integrate the best of modern medicine, diagnostics and therapeutics with traditional approaches that support the body’s natural defenses and healing abilities. These include a strong emphasis on nutrition, exercise and relaxation. We are not primary care physicians, but we strongly believe in close collaboration with our patients’ other physicians and care givers.
We do not participate in health insurance plans or Medicare. The complexity and challenges inherent in the health issues presented to us by patients dealing with a broad range of both acute and chronic conditions forces us to "opt out" of plans that constrain or dictate our diagnostic and therapeutic options. We provide our patients with the documentation required to submit claims to their health plans. Medicare-eligible patients are not permitted to submit claims to the Medicare program.

If you would like to discuss becoming a patient, please fill out and submit a Prospective Patient Summary form. The information you provide is extremely helpful in our understanding your needs and expectations. Within two business days of receiving your form, we will contact you to gain a deeper understanding of your health concerns, and determine the best match of providers and schedules.
